How late can I order a cheesecake to go out today? 3:00pm

Our Desserts are perishable therefore they are shipped frozen.

Orders placed Monday through Thursday by 3:00 pm PT will be shipped out the very same day.

Fed Ex Standard Over nite or Second Day Air Depending on Zone

How will my dessert order be packaged to protect it during shipping?

​Cheesecakes and Desserts are packaged with cold packs and airtight packing to prevent movement of the desserts enclosed. We stand by our commitment to have all of our special recipe cheesecakes and desserts arrive in the best condition possible for your ultimate indulgence and top notch experience . It has been 30 years of dedication and attention to be the best that will assure your "special order" arrives safe and sound making you delighted when you see the Delivery truck time after time.

What information do you need to send a package with cheesecakes?

Please provide a complete street address (with correct zip code, apartment or suite numbers, spellings of streets) city and a

daytime phone number for the recipient.

Signatures - Residences

Do I need to have a signature for my Cheesecake Delivery? Residences, No.

No Signature Required for Delivery. Fed Ex will leave package at front door. 

When shipping to multi-unit buildings, packages may be delivered to apartment office.

 

Signatures - Businesses

Is a signature required for Dessert Delivery to Businesses? No.

A business name, address and suite number and name is needed for all business deliveries.

Do you ship dessert cheesecakes to Post Office Boxes? NO.

We Do Not Ship to Post Office Boxes.

Is the Dessert Cheesecake a Perishable Product? YES.

This is a perishable package and must be placed in proper storage or refrigerator when the Cheesecake or Dessert Arrives.

Do you ship Dessert Cheesecakes outside of the U.S.A.? No.

Unfortunately we do not ship to Puerto Rico.
