Fernando Casillas has been with JM Rosens Cheesecakes for 30 Years!
This has never changed.
We must give credit where credit is due. The JM Rosens brand began with Jan and Michelle Rosen. The original recipe was created by the two 35 years ago in one of the restaurants they owned. The recipe was delicious, they were fine cooks and bakers in the hay day of their businesses. Fernando Casillas started working for Jan & Michelle Rosen 31 years ago!
The entrepreneurs that Jan and Michelle Rosen were moved onto other business ventures. Fernando maintained and grew the business.
Fernando put up the first website. Being found on the internet by other restaurants and markets has kept this brand alive. Not to mention Fernando's consistency, evolving recipes, and maintaining many of the old clients as well as the growth with new clients of the new.
IT'S THE DAWN OF A NEW AGE.
The recipes have evolved, the desserts have grown, and the retail customers 300, 600, and 3,000 miles away WANT to buy these cheesecakes online. Here we are!
