Fernando Casillas, a family man,  photographer and professional baker started working for JM Rosen's Cheesecakes 30 years ago.  The original owners of JM Rosen's left for other opportunities that came knocking. Fernando kept baking and providing restaurants and markets with desserts and cheesecakes that were irresistable.

 

Running the bakery for 20 years alone, in 2006 Fernando bought  100% rights to  the JM Rosen Cheesecakes Brand, California. He has spawned the JM Rosen's Cheesecake brand  to #1 best tasting cheesecake in the world. He has clearly done a great job in making it his own with a newer and improved proprietary brand and recipe.

 

Casillas has kept pulse on consumer tastes, trends, and demand for  Premium Dessert Options.  Working closely with Fine Restaurants, High End Grocery, Caterers all over the West Coast States he has the skill and unique approach for dessert creations. Especially cheesecakes, cakes, and cookies.  Now available online.
